What this website does not do

This website does not use cookies that require consent. No tracking takes place, and no analytics services, advertising networks or social media plugins are integrated. Fonts are served from our own server, so there is no connection to Google Fonts.

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and the IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website — for this purpose, server log files must be collected. The data is deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes the server log data mentioned above. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR as well as a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Getting in touch and the enquiry form

If you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide — name, contact details, requested period, group size and the content of your message — solely to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry is aimed at concluding a rental agreement, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete the data as soon as your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention periods apply — for enquiries that do not lead to a booking, at the latest after six months.

To send the enquiry form, we use the service FormSubmit. The data you enter is transmitted to its servers and forwarded to us by email.

Contact via WhatsApp

If you write to us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited applies. We have no influence over which data is transmitted to WhatsApp in the process. If you would like to avoid this, please use email, phone or the form on this page instead.

Google Maps

On the contact page, you can load a map from Google Maps. The map is deliberately only loaded after you click on it. Until then, no connection to Google is established. If you click on "Load map", your IP address and further connection data will be transmitted to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by clicking. You may withdraw it at any time by reloading the page and not reactivating the map. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy

This website links to the property pages on Booking.com. Data is only transmitted to Booking.com once you click on such a link. Booking.com is solely responsible for the data processing on its platform.

SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://".
